The Rolex Datejust is one of the most iconic and most beloved Rolex watches ever made, even though the Datejust was launched in 1945 it has remained a timeless classic and is instantly recognizable as an item of refined quality and functional design. CASE & BRACELET
The sharp case remains extremely thick and symmetrical. It's possible the case saw a very light polishing in its past and shows honest signs of use. The white gold fluted bezel is unpolished and shows light signs of honest use. The original case back is signed 1600 which is common for this reference and is dated I.72. The Rolex 6251H rolled-link Jubilee bracelet retains 22 links that shows some stretch, which is common for bracelets from this era and style.
DIAL & HANDS
The satin slate non-luminous dial is both rare and beautiful. The dial itself is in impressive condition, showing no major signs of age and only a few light marks that are only visible under loupe. The non-luminous solid steel hands are in excellent condition as well, and exhibit light oxidation. The metallic date wheel is era-correct with open 6's and 9's.
ACCESSORIES
None. The watch was recently serviced and is keeping time within COSC spec, backed by a 1-years warranty on accurate timekeeping.
