CASE & BRACELET
The very thick Oyster case retains symmetrical lugs that show full dimensions and honest signs of use. The smooth stainless steel bezel show light signs of use as well. The Rolex 78350 Oyster bracelet with 557 end pieces was sourced on the watch and retains 13 links that show some stretch from use.
DIAL & HANDS
The uniquely aged and beautifully textured gilt dial is truly one of a kind, simultaneously retaining its glossy finish while showing a speckled patina of black and grey. The tritium lume plots all remain intact with only the 3 o'clock lume plot showing minimal degradation when the dial is inspected under U.V. light, the lume has achieved a dark greenish grey coloration. The original hands have been professionally restored with tritium to coordinate with the dial lume.
