*Unpolished* 1991 Rolex Submariner (Ref. 14060)
The ref. 14060 Rolex Submariner was introduced in 1990 as the new and improved version of its long-running predecessor, the legendary 5513. The 14060 featured a number of improvements from the 5513, including an increased depth rating to 300m or 1000 ft, a sapphire crystal, a 904L stainless steel case, and the upgraded cal. 3000 Rolex movement. We believe the 14060 was designed with the purest in mind with a simple, no-nonsense design, and retaining a lot of the aesthetics and elements that make the earlier no-date Submariners so desirable and great.
The earlier 14060 Submariner examples feature tritium lume dials, which have become very desirable due to the vintage appeal and wonderful lume coloration changes than can happen. The tritium dials were replaced in 1999/1999 with super-luminova, making for a small 8-year production cycle for these Tritium 14060 models. The 14060 continued in production until 1999 when it was replaced by the 14060M reference.
The 14060 is, for many, the perfect cross between old and new. With modern advancements and a more classic design, the 14060 Rolex Submariner is a versatile wristwatch for pretty much every situation.

CASE & BRACELET
The robust case is in exceptional unpolished condition, showing crisp chamfers and factory finishing with light signs of honest use. The bezel insert is original to the watch and shows almost no signs of use and retains its tritium pearl which matches the dial perfectly. The case back also remains in crisp unpolished condition. The Rolex 93150 Oyster bracelet with 501B end pieces retains 11 links that show almost no stretch and will fit up to a 7 1/4-inch wrist.
DIAL & HANDS
The glossy black dial with white gold surround markers is in flawless original condition, showing no age or damage whatsoever. The tritium lume plots remain bright and display no degradation when inspected under U.V. light. The original tritium hands match the dial perfectly and show no degradation when inspected under U.V. light.
ACCESSORIES
None. The watch was recently serviced and is keeping time perfectly, backed by a 1-year warranty on accurate timekeeping.
