1939 Omega Chronometre (Ref. 2366) "Radial Dial" Cal. 30T2RG
The cal. 30T2 is a time-only manual wind movement that Omega created in 1939, and became a large benefactor for building Omega's early reputation of making accurate and quality timepieces. The cal. 30T2 is essentially a robust but simple base movement that is very versatile in its adaptability, in fact, variations of the cal. 30T2 was produced until 1963. This legendary movement wasn't only for civilian use either, as the British military issued a massive contract with Omega to produce chronometer-rated timepieces for their soldiers that all housed a modified cal. 30T2 movement.

CASE & BRACELET
The strong case appears to have only been very lightly polished in the past as the case lines, angles, and brushing all remain crisp with almost no signs of use. The Omega signed crown is likely an early replacement given the age of the watch. The case back remains clean, free from any excessive wear. The watch comes supplied on a 2pc crocodile strap with an Omega signed buckle.
DIAL & HANDS
The virtually flawless sector dial is perfectly preserved, boasting an even cream patina and featuring an array of different textures and finishes that offer depth and detail throughout. The flush Arabic numerals are finished in rose gold to match the hour and minute hands, which are also in superb condition. The final touch is the original blued steel seconds hand at the 6 o'clock position that provides an element of contrast and added sophistication.
ACCESSORIES
None. The watch was serviced and is keeping time perfectly, backed by a 1-year warranty on accurate timekeeping.
