CASE & BRACELET

The strong case features very thick and even lugs that retain crisp edges and full factory dimension with honest signs of use present and minimal evidence of previous polishing. The white gold fluted bezel is also impressively crisp with gentle signs of honest use present. The ear-correct Rolex 6251H rolled-link Jubilee bracelet with 55 end pieces dates to 1972 which is slightly later than the watch. The bracelet retains 22 links that show light stretch for the style and age of the bracelet and will fit up to a 7 1/2-inch wrist.

DIAL & HANDS

The original silver sunburst "pie-pan" dial is in wonderful vintage condition, showing some gentle aging, particularly around the 9 o'clock marker, however, no notable damage is present. The tritium lume plots have taken on a pale grey patina and exhibit no degradation when inspected under UV light. The original tritium hands have aged to a slightly darker grey coloration with no present under UV light inspection. The metallic date wheel is original with "closed" 6's and 9's.
