1970 Omega Constellation (Ref. 168.029) 14K YG "Linen Dial"
Since 1952 the Omega Constellation has been regarded as one of the most luxurious and precise watch collections offered by OMEGA. In 1958 the Constellation Calendar was added to the dial, an exciting addition to an already beautiful line of timepieces. Adding to the impressive nature of the Constellation line, this watch family has always been chronometer rated. Normally seen in stainless steel this 14 yellow gold Constellation would be an excellent classic piece to add to any collection.

CASE & BRACELET
The solid 14K yellow gold case is in fantastic condition, measures 35 millimeters, and features a precise but dramatic curve to the lugs. It wears a screw-down gold case back and retains its original Omega signed yellow gold crown. The coin-edge gold bezel gives the case a texture that would be sorely missed if the designers had opted for the more often seen smooth variant. The watch comes supplied on a 2pc handmade leather strap.
DIAL & HANDS
The striking applied logo champagne linen dial is in excellent shape, remarkably exhibiting no signs of age. The dial features elegant gold hour markers with black enamel inlaid, that beautifully match the same, but tritium-tipped, stick hands. The uniquely beveled date window is in gorgeous condition and features both date and day complications.
ACCESSORIES
None. The watch is keeping time perfectly, previous service history is unknown.
