Patek Philippe
1960s Patek Philippe Calatrava 18K YG (Ref. 2592-1) "Hausmann & Co." Dial
There is the saying that “You never actually own a Patek Philippe. You merely look after it for the next generation.” and we think this couldn't be truer. The fine craftsmanship that Patek Philippe wristwatches are built around has created a generational foundation for these watches to be passed down and to remain functional, relevant, and timeless for years to come.
Hausmann & Co. is a very well-established jewelry and watches retailer with roots in Rome that date back to 1794, and has been collaborating with Patek Philippe for over 100 years. This ref. 2592-1 is not only in beautiful condition but the dial is cosigned "Hausmann & Co." celebrating the two companies' partnership, which is now a rare and sought-after dial variant for Patek Philippe. This timepiece would pair great with a tuxedo or suit as it would fit perfectly under the coat sleeve and is simple yet ultimately refined.
